Ely's to go

I spent all last week in Ohio helping my parents with their vegan restaurant.  Here are some of the yummy things we made...

My dad makes all of the scones...these are pineapple, strawberry + coconut.

They share their space with a is some of the bread right before it went in the oven.

This is pho, a traditional Vietnamese soup.  Heath calls it 'massage in a bowl'.

These are Vietnamese sandwiches - soy chicken, marinated vegetables + lots of fresh herbs.

These sandwiches are vegan reubens with avocado.

Vegan mac + cheese with broccoli, asparagus and peas topped with focaccia croutons.
