Old Hollywood

On Saturday, we attended the Steve Chase Awards in Palm Springs. All of the merchandise we shot in January, we donated to the Desert Aids Project. The Gala was to celebrate everyone who supports the DAP. We got to see Morgan Fairchild, Richard Chamberlain & Bob Mackie just to name a few...very Old Hollywood! Heath and I decided to dress the part and went for a 60s theme. Here are just a few images...more to come soon.

I love the look of Le Labo, but I'd never actually smelled their scents. Luckily, they have a Discovery set...3 of their scents (you choose which 3) in cute little sample size vials.

I love how they printed his name on the box.

And some old apothecary bottles that make Turpentine and Sunburn Lotion look charming.

a day in new york

This weekend I had a day to spend in New York, just walking around, taking pics (with my new Leica!) of my favorite shops & restaurants. Earnest Sewn, Save Khaki, Babycakes, Freemans Sporting Club, RRL, Madewell & Sabon.

Pothole garden

So the potholes in Omaha are the worst I've ever seen...but if they just filled them in with flowers, it would be so much more pleasant!
