I love the look of Le Labo, but I'd never actually smelled their scents. Luckily, they have a Discovery set...3 of their scents (you choose which 3) in cute little sample size vials.

I love how they printed his name on the box.

And some old apothecary bottles that make Turpentine and Sunburn Lotion look charming.

a day in new york

This weekend I had a day to spend in New York, just walking around, taking pics (with my new Leica!) of my favorite shops & restaurants. Earnest Sewn, Save Khaki, Babycakes, Freemans Sporting Club, RRL, Madewell & Sabon.

So the potholes in Omaha are the worst I've ever seen...but if they just filled them in with flowers, it would be so much more pleasant!

Cupcake dress

Heath and I get to go back to Palm Springs for a Gala at the end of February...it's black tie and I have no idea what I will wear. Wouldn't it be nice to wear this amazing Etsy creation??? This dress was designed just for me, I know it. Sweetheart neckline, sash around the waist & a fluffy cupcake skirt...sigh.
